- Empower employees to act in an environmentally responsible manner through support, education and incentivisation
- Work to minimise the environmental impact associated with our workplaces, including working with building owners to identify opportunities for improvement
- Reduce waste through implementation of reduce, reuse, recover and recycle
- Dispose of hazardous waste responsibly
- Consider environmental impact when making travel decisions and reduce international travel where possible
- Undertake life cycle analysis to evaluate the environmental impact of our products, during construction, transportation, installation and disposal at the end of their useful life
- Partner with manufacturers to ensure sustainability best practice is followed
